Ordering Help - How the ordering process Works
Once you have found an item you want to buy fill in the amount you want to order. Once you have entered the number (letters and numbers you must also indicate the letter or numeral choice), click the shopping cart icon to enter your choice. After you have selected all your products you can click the "Shopping Cart"  and well-organized you will see the chossen items and quantities you want to order.

Once all wished articles are in the shopping cart click "order".
The General information page appears, there are now three choices:
- country selection: make your choice to which country your delivery address is located – if not stated
- Shipping method: make your choice from the various possibilities
- payment method: make your choice from the various possibilities

You have already ordered from us before and has kept your login details. In that case, fill in your login name and password. The data will be automatically filled in.
You order for the first time. In that case you need to fill in all your data.

You lost your data? Via the contact form you can request for a new login name and/or password.

After you've chosen for the above choices click "next". You have logged in and will see your address data. You have not logged in; you can fill in your data. Want to have your products delivered to a different address, you can also specify this here.
It also shows your chosen "shipping method" and "payment method".

Before you click on "next" at the bottom, you need to accept our terms & conditions. Please read this carefully.
Finally you can see an overview of all your ordered products, the shipping costs, VAT amount, invoice address and if choossen a different address for delivery. 

When you Choose for IDeal or Paypal payment you’ll be redirected to the secured website, your order will be marked as paid. We will try to send your order ASAP. If you choose "Bank transfer" then the intention is that you transfer the amount to our account number indicating the order number. Keep in mind your order will be relayed for at least one extra working day (two in the case payment is made from outside the Netherlands). Shipment will be done after your payment have been received at our account.

You can now "submit order”. After completing the ordering proces you will receive at different times order status updates by email.

1. once you have completed ordering.
2. Once your order is sent. 

Login
You do not need to login to order. The advantage by log in is that you can follow the status of your order online, you don’t need to fill in your data each time and you can refer your order history.

Can I change my order?
You can always modify an order if the order has not yet been sent. If the order status of your order is "Order offered for transport", then it is not possible to change the order anymore. If the order status of your order is "pending", it is usually still possible to modify your order, in this case contact customer service by phone 0031 (0)46 426 49 75

Can I still cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped by us you can cancel your order,the full amount will be payed back to your account. If we already have sent your order it’s not possible to cancel your order. More information about returning orders you will find in article 7. of the general terms and conditions

Can I collect my order myself?
Yes you can collect your order yourself from monday till saterday between 10.00 and 17.00 hrs., saterdays between 10.00 and 12.00 AM. When you place an order with us please choosse "Collect". Contact us to inform us when you want to collect the order. If you don’t contact us there is always the possibility that we are closed for some reason.
