Delivery Times for the Netherlands
Your order will be send as soon as possible. 90% of all orders will be sent the next day. Orders paid by bank transfer are send as soon as payment has arrived on our account.

Follow your shipment
As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email message. In this email we will inform you about the track and trace number of your parcel. With this code you can follow your order the next working day online on the website of DPD and you know exactly when the package will to be delivered.

If you are not at home
DPD Delivers five days a week. If you are not at home, second delivery attempt will be the next day. If you are not at home again you can retrieve the package at the nearest service point-post office. You will find a note in your mailbox where you can pick up the parcel. At the service point, you may be asked for your ID. The parcel must be picked up within three weeks, if not your order will be returned back to us.

Orders placed on working days will be produced and shipped as soon as possible.
Private or Business Orders

For private orders we charge the standard VAT amount.
Business Orders
During the ordering procedure you can choose for intra-Community delivery. It is important that you fill in all the data required and the VAT number matches the name and address where your company is located. If all data is correct we can send the order as intra-Community delivery.

If the given data is not correct or incomplete delivery will be delayed and we´ll have to charge VAT.
If there is another reason why you can´t order as a business but you have a valid VAT number! We kindly ask you to contact our customer service phone 0032 046 426 975. We will then take your request and after verification we can send the order as an intra-Community order.
